EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
KENDRICK WILLIAMS
Kendrick has coached and trained youth players in the Portland community for over 20 years. Previously serving as a coordinator at Self Enhancement Inc., he is now an employee at the Department of Human Services positively impacting the lives of families in the greater Portland area. Kendrick is a graduate of Portland State University and has served as the Executive Director of the Rose City EYB organization since 2017.

REGGIE WALKER
As a project manager at sports marketing firm Prime Time Sports located in Portland, Oregon, Reggie is responsible for every aspect of Oregon’s nationally recognized High School basketball tournament, the Les Schwab Invitational. Through his work at Prime Time he has also assisted in the planning, organization, and execution of the Jr. NBA Global Championships, the Prime Time Top 40 Showcase, and the Nike EYBL. Reggie works directly with USA Basketball promoting and helping to organize the Nike Hoop Summit as well as serving as a lead support staff member of the USA Jr. National Team Minicamps.
